PASTA WITH TUNA, CAPERS and other delicious things
double and triple at will
Tuna, celery, capered pasta
INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooked pasta
1 5 oz can tuna in olive oil
1 cup delicately sliced celery
Juice of half a lemon
1 Tbsp capers
1 Tbsp caper bottle salty liquid
1 tsp freshly crushed black peppercorns
DIRECTIONS
Combine everything.
Set aside for half an hour.
Serve on toast or romaine sleeves.
