SALMON CASSEROLE
Easy, easy, easy, delicious and satisfying one dish meal. Cooked and chopped chicken may be substituted for the salmon.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of cooked and flaked salmon
2 cups cooked pasta shells
2 cups chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup crushed potato chips
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp of sweet pickled jalapenos
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 430 degrees.
Combine the celery, onions, mayonnaise, undiluted mushroom soup, salt, lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
Gently stir in cooked pasta shells and salmon.
Move the mixture into a baking dish.
Top with grated cheese and crushed potato chips. Dot with pickled jalapenos.
Bake for 20-25 minutes
