                                                                     TANDOORI FISH



INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lbs fish, deboned and cut into desired size pieces

tandoori marinade

1/2 tsp turmeric 

juice of one lemon

1 tsp salt


2 Tbsp ghee or butter


INSTRUCTIONS

Rub the fish pieces with combination of turmeric, lemon juice and salt.

Set aside 30 minutes.

Heat ghee or butter in a non stick pan.

Fry fish pieces about 3 minutes on each side.

Serve with thin slices of onion and lemon.
