FISH CUTLETS protein

 










                                                                    FISH CUTLETS


We had these cutlets last night. They are easy to make and delicious. They were especially satisfying with  buttered green beans. 


INGREDIENTS   

14 oz can of any fish of your choice  I have used salmon, mackerel and tuna.  All good.

1 1/2 cup boiled and grated potato or instant potato flakes

1 1/2 cups small dice onions

1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp cumin powder or coriander powder 

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

1 tsp fish sauce

juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp finely diced hot green chili pepper

2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves

oil for shallow frying   I like coconut oil, but any good vegetable oil will do
