Real simple, but tastes like a lot more work is put in.
Ingredients
-Fake crab, surimi or whatnot. If you have real crab, even better. Enough for however many sandwiches you want to prepare
-Good bread...any kind, but good
-Enough mayo for your sandwiches...
Slaw...
-16 oz bag of pre-cut slaw mix unless you want to cut it up yourself
-1/4 cup red wine vinegar
-2 tablespoons sugar
-2 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil, eyeball it
-1 teaspoon salt
-Pepper to taste
Directions
Make the slaw first (https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/rachael-ray/oil-and-vinegar-slaw-recipe-1942496)
-Mix vinegar + sugar, then oil and salt
-Toss with the slaw mix
-Put in the fridge at least 20 mins (overnight is better)
Make the sandwich...
-Toast the bread. It's better
-Mayo up one side of each slice of bread if you know what's good for you
-Layer the crab as you see fit
-Stack as much slaw as you can on top
Eat and be mildly impressed.

Already impressed! Do you have a favorite bread? Or mayo?
